blacklist?

do we have a clan blacklist ..or should i go right to the forums, i ask because

some nooblet come on a server i was on saw my ratio and voted me up for whatever reason i said give a reason, he told me because i suck. i told him to check his ratio (by now .33) then mine (something like 15.00)anyway he proceed to insult me in ever way he could think of. he claims to be a member of {HPO} or {HYO} or something clan (anyone heard of them if its a real clan id like to post there).

anyway for now watch out for "{HPO}"

If it's something that happens on our server then I can easily get an IP and ban, but on other servers you will need to talk to the appropriate server owner. Generally speaking, most server owners won't blacklist someone for being irritating, insulting or abusing votes unless it gets really extreme.

well the thing that pissed me is he come the 3 server just to find me i kept leaving and he could find me 10 seconds later and vote me up

Next time, bring him to our server, then I can get the IP address and at least ban him here and get sufficient evidence to persuade some other server owners to blacklist him.
