I'll br removing these blocks, as we havent had any problems with this "cheater" or who ever it is that des|OS is talking about here http://forum.cubers.net/thread-4881.html

Until we personally have better reasons to block half or all of BR unlike the ones in the TyD blacklist and from des|OS, then we might re-add these bans again, but i doubt that's going to happen any time soon.

Seriously, while we may not follow opensource's Brazil blacklist, I can't really blame him for it given the amount of trouble that comes from those ranges.

If you have a problem with other clans, then you may feel free to take it up with them. Your decision to single out {TBR} on the official AC forums rather than discussing with us in a civilised way has left me with very little willingness to help you.

I doubt google translate will do a great job with the above so you might want to find someone to translate for you.
