New Ladder ( BME's )

Hey Guys ! After talking with DaRealRocky he told me to come here and post it.

Hey guys,

hit-melee [DOT] tk

is the website for the new ladder! The ladder has a very complex scoring system and the server provides a very good maprot. Things such as Teamkills, Suicides, Flag takes, Flag scores, Flag drops all count towards your score. Many details get saved on virtual memory, which then gets deleted to not use up everything I have accessible. I will be expanding in the near days, thus making these details viewable

The ladder was made by me. It currently runs on 1 server (everything starts off small)

wondering is there anyway to sort of fuse ur ladder with other servers? or no?

For instance {TyD} has there option of including other servers that aren't hosted by them on this page http://ladder.tearyoudown.com/scoring/
(example: some of the |NZ|, DES, |BC| servers are connected with the TyD ladder system.)
still have to ask TyD about how i can get at least 1 of my servers connected to their ladder scoring system..

I am hoping that you could also provide a way to have other servers besides (your own hosted) connected with your BME ladder system.

If there is a simple way for our tbr servers (or at least some mine) to be connected to your BME ladder, then we might consider removing some of the BME "lol" bl entries from TyD's bl on those servers..

Though for now I'm just wondering how this would work .

Yes, it would be quite interesting to have the TBR servers contributing to a ladder. However, our servers tend to use a lot of custom maps, so there would need to be some kind of accepted map set for a ladder.

BME Ladder currently has only 1 BME Ladder Server. We need more to add them in the ladder so as to become better and better.

If you are interested , come in our site BadMeetsEvil.tk and make apost for the server. SiL3nT will contact with you by e-mails to tell you what you have to do exactly so as to put your server in ladder Wink

everything should be working by this weekend if not then the coming week..

log sharing for jelly club set-up and its set on private kuz were testing it.
so ya we getting closer

actually we having some problems he messed up something >.< or maybe i did o.O?

I've taken it down for an hour or 2, just testing a different version of the log sending code. I'll see if this new setup works, if not I'll continue talking with sil3nt, even though we have time zone differences and pm-ing is a bit slow.

The 17 mins I got on it I guarantee is from the BMe server not ours .. Hmm

yes there still a problem, the server is scheduled to send logs each hour to the ladder, but the problem is that it sends the whole log/scores and not the new log/scores Rolling Eyes

, resulting in messed up scoring double/triple/etc (each hour it adds on the whole log to the previous whole log). for now silent has disabled the logs from going into the ladder, but he still receives them, for now he's observing the different codes i use to overwrite/send/replace/etc.. the logs. so were looking into this problem, I've even asked on ac forums, and waiting for some responses. hopefully someone could have some help.
Just know that no scores will be lost!
